Knockerball Frequently Asked Questions
We provide the full setup of the Knockerballs (delivery, inflation, and breakdown).
A Knockerball is an enclosing, safe, single chambered ball of air with inner handles and shoulder straps that enables you to bounce around with friends without feeling any pain.
No, it is up to the individuals renting to obtain a permit from the Parks Department if they are needed.
Knockerball can be enjoyed at multiple locations:
-Your personal property, if there is a large enough open grassy area free of trees, rocks, etc.
-Public parks - reservations must be made by the customer
-Schools and churches with the permission of the facilities administration

Participants will be required to sign a waiver or have a parent/guardian sign if under the age of 18.
Payment info:
-We require a non-refundable 50% of event total deposit at time of booking to secure your requested date and time
-The remaining balance is due before set up on the day of the event

If inclement weather should occur:
-We will work together to find a suitable time for the rescheduling
-There will be no refund of deposit if event is cancelled and not rescheduled.
-There are no partial refunds for play time and/or equipment not used (except in case ofcustomers inclement weather)
-$50 rescheduling fee if requested 48 hours prior to the scheduled event
-$75 rescheduling fee if requested within 24 hours prior to the scheduled event

All participants under 18 must have adult supervision. Knockerballs are available in three sizes currently: Small (recommended for ages 6 and under), medium (recommended for male or female under 5 feet) and large (recommened for those over 5 feet)
Players must remove glasses and all loose jewelry before entering a Knockerball.
Pre-existing health conditions: Pregnant women, individuals with pre-existing injuries or heart conditions, and others susceptible to injury from falls, bumps or bouncing are not permitted in or on the inflatable bubble at any time.
General misuse: Players are not allowed to hit other players when they are down. Players are not allowed to sit or stand in or on the bubble balls. Players are not allowed to kick or hit the Knockerballs with anything other than another ball. Knockerballs are not to come in contact with trees, sidewalks, rocks, roads or any other rough surfaces. Players should not allow the bubble balls to rub against any surfaces.
The following fees may be assessed for negligence or abuse:
-Negligence and damage to the unit could result in a $200 per unit repair fee
-If unit is not repairable, a fee of $350 - $400 could result
-A security deposit may be required in some instances

All event reps use their own personal vehicles to transport equipment and facilitate your event. EVENTS OUTSIDE A 20 MILE RADIUS FROM THE TWIN LAKES AREA MAY BE ASSESSED A ROUND TRIP TRAVEL FEE.
